Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150. Orders under $150 are charged a flat $12 standard shipping rate, calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination; standard delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@purechaingolf.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and, subject to availability, we'll help arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
